Mondovi Dental - Griswold

I highly recommend this dental practice. I no longer dread going to the dentist! Dr. Goodwin is so gentle and concerned for the comfort of the patient while being very knowledgeable. Sara, the hygienist, is very efficient. and pleasant. I like having the same hygienist every time as I know she knows my teeth well and has gotten to know me. It's great going to a place where you are not just a number. All are so welcoming.

My family has gone to Dr. Goodwin for many years. He is kind and gentle, and his staff is friendly. They helped my husband with a fear of dentists and many cavities. My son has had several teeth pulled there and still both my kids enjoy going. They make you feel like family!

I have been going to this office for several years. Dr. Goodwin inherited me as a "problem-child" patient who required extensive repair work as a result of years of neglect. I have had numerous cavities, root canals, extractions and crowns done over the years to restore my teeth. Needless to say, I am well qualified to write this review. Dr. Goodwin is an all around great guy who really cares and is so skilled that you hardly know he is working on your teeth. He always goes above and beyond for his patients. I have even had special emergency sessions scheduled on multiple occasions. He and his staff are always friendly and professional beyond my expectations. I neglected going to the dentist for a few years because of some uncomfortable visits to other dentists. I read reviews and found Dr. Goodwin. The whole office is great! ! Dr Goodwin and dental hygienist, Denise, were professional and kind worked to get me back on track again. When I needed a crown it was completed in a day! The technology Dr Goodwin uses is amazing! I moved out of state but I am so comfortable with Dr Goodwin and Denise that I don't hesitate to make the drive to Griswold to get the excellent care I get there.

So Disappointing. Went for 6 month check. She took at least 6-8 xrays. Told me I needed work. Then I expected Dr Goodwin to come and check me. Was Then told Dr was out on medical and no one knew when he was coming back. Really weird. Somebody's lying. I was then told to find another dentist and they would send my records. They never gave me a 6 month cleaning appt.
