This office was once a wonderful local practice run by Doctor Flanders, but then it was bought by the Mondovi chain and not it's very uncommon to see the same dentist twice. It seems they hire the cheapest dentists they can find, for short engagements. Sometimes they're OK, other times they're awful. I had one make a mistake. It was so obvious that they insisted I not pay for it. The hygienist I see is the same as always, and she's great, but the overall business practice has gone from a nice place that I trusted to a place I fear visiting as I don't know what the quality of the dentist will be, and often the quality is poor. I really wish big chains weren't buying up local practices, but I guess that's how things are now? What a shame.

I had a filling with Dr. Jeremy Rosen. It’s too bad he is a traveler. It was the best experience I have had with a dentist since Dr. Flanders from when I was younger. If only Mondavi would keep a Dentist of this caliper full time, it would be a 5 star review. The hygienists are always great as well as the front office.
