I couldn't ask for better care for my daughter. She loves the waiting room and always wants to visit the fish when we are at the hospital for other appointments. All of the staff is so great at making her feel comfortable and Dr. Niemela is the best. I can't say enough about how warm and easy to talk to she is. She has always listened to every concern that I have had.

I have been with this office for over 23 years. I will start with Dr Hurley has always been amazing to myself and my children. I called this morning around 815am when they first opened and was placed on hold for over 19 minutes. When I finally got through I explained to the receptionist that we are on vacation in Florida and my 12 year old daughters ear started hurting after being in the ocean and is prone to swimmers ear, which is in her record. I asked if they could just send a script for the ear drops she had last time to a pharmacy here in Florida. The receptionist stated that someone would call me back. The nurse called back at 253pm, almost 6hrs later, and I missed the call, my fault. I called back 3 minutes later and was placed on a ridiculously long wait hold again. The receptionis

We have had 4 children go through this practice and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Always polite, professional, and caring when it comes to our and our children's concerns. There are plenty of doctors in the practice, so if you feel your or your child's needs are not being met, you can switch to another doctor. In fact, that is common as children grow up and their needs change. Having the resources that they have available, including the advanced resources of the hospital they are in, makes us confident that we can trust them with the care of our children.

We have been with this office since I was a child, so over 30 years. My children have gone here since they were born, and one is 18. I used to love them, but recently you are kept on hold forever and the receptionist most of the time won’t even put you thru to anyone if they feel like it’s not a good enough reason. My son woke up last Tuesday and couldn’t open his eyes. He had conjunctivitis. So I called the office and was told by the receptionist, they don’t treat for conjunctivitis anymore but she can put a note thru to triage and have them call me back hopefully by the end of the day! This was at 8:20am! I had to miss work and spend 3 hours in Urgent Care where we got drops and it went away almost immediately.

I’m only putting a 3 star because I do love my kids doctor, but as I right this review, I am sitting on hold and have been on hold for over and hour!!! They need to do something different so people don’t have to sit on hold so long. All I need is a simple med refill and I have to wait an hour or more. And I don’t leave messages any more because they only check them once a day, so ur message may not even be listened to that day. I love this office but the answering the phone thing needs to be fixed. I started at caller 12 and I’m now finally at 1, hour and a half later.
