5-stars from me, and I never review anything. Beth is a lifesaver. Her philosophy is unique from any other PT I have seen, and I've been to 4-5 others over the past decade. She works with individual patients to understand how their muscles respond to each exercise. Her tailored approach is far superior to the one-size-fits-all methods I've encountered over and over with other PT clinics. She will work to understand your unique pain points and how your muscles are firing in order to gradually correct neuromuscular issues, strengthen muscles, and decrease (hopefully eliminate) pain. You must be committed and stick to the home therapy program to see the best results, but she is truly a miracle worker. I'd had a total knee replacement in both knees. I was struggling with range of motion and my walking gait. Beth quickly figured out what I needed to do to get better. Dr. Beth Andrews and her team at Momentum Physical Therapy are very professional and knowledgable. The clinic space is very clean, open, airy, and bright. I went to Beth with severe back pain and several other pain issues that I was not sure we could fix with PT. Beth gave me hope during my first appointment as she pinpointed why I was having pain, and was confident in a correction and positive prognosis through PT. Within a few weeks my severe pain had reduced significantly. If I ever need PT again, Momentum PT will be my first choice in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina.

Wonderful experience! Beth is incredibly knowledgeable & truly gives you the 1:1 attention needed in order to customize a program that works for you. I have been to several PT's in the past & even worked for an Outpatient PT center and Beth is without question one of the best. I can finally say that I have relief with my back for the first time in over 20 yrs! In addition, rounding out the team is Emily in reception who is always a breath of fresh air with her friendly disposition & professionalism. Emily works her best to provide a variety of scheduling options to meet your needs & follows up to ensure the patient has everything they need before/after care. Highly recommend Momentum Physical Therapy & will definitely be back should I need PT again in the future!
