Dr. Brad Moll and his staff are so friendly and helpful. Dr. Brad was amazing in helping me get over Miller Fisher syndrome that gives you double vision for an extended period of time. He gave me hope that I would get back to normal vision and checked my eyes on several occasions and was instrumental in diagnosing me and getting me to the right eye center in Miami. He then did follow up visits with me weekly when I got out of the hospital. It was a pleasant experience going to his office. He is simply an amazing eye doctor and human being. I would recommend him to anyone with eye issues.

Dr. Moll was such a breath of fresh air today. He was so kind , attentive and thorough.. The woman at the desk was very sweet upon my arrival. They are practicing social distancing in the lobby and wearing masks. The technician was also very kind . I would definitely recommend this office!I was in and out. They took me right back. Loved it here! Worth the drive from PSL.

I'm deeply disappointed and frustrated with the experience I had when calling your office earlier today. Upon calling, I was met with a dismissive and unhelpful attitude from the woman who answered the phone. Despite my inquiry, she seemed disinterested and hastily brushed me off, claiming she didn't know and had other patients to attend to. There was no attempt to seek guidance from another staff member or offer alternative solutions. This lack of professionalism and disregard for customer service left me feeling neglected and undervalued. In the future, I strongly recommend your office to reevaluate their customer service protocols and ensure that all staff members are adequately trained to handle inquiries. Additionally, implementing a system for recording and following up on inquiries

Love Drs. Moll and Moll and their staff. Such a pleasant experience and also felt like I was being well informed and guided by knowledgeable health professionals. I never felt rushed or pushed into a decision. Would recommend to everyone!
