I would put 0 but the front desk ladies are not judgmental and helpful I didn’t show up 3 times in a row to my appointment for just lack of urgency. I was 3 months postpartum with my last visit with the doctor he has no remorse or concern for females emotional health very clear my OBGYN usually does a on paper assessment with simple questions about how I been feeling that showed I guess more on the sad side of things. I spoke to the doctor about what I can do to get better he said I am lying and I don’t not look any type of depressed and allegedly (for safety purposes) said “I am wasting my time and all I am doing is trying to get money” I told him having a baby triggers trauma I went through as a kid he said it’s not his fault and that doesn’t matter with the baby. he also said all he can

From a nurses prospective this Dr. operates his practice very poorly. He is not professional in how he speaks to pts, never closes the door when speaking about health information, and lacks compassion as other pts mentioned. This was my assigned Dr. through calviva and I see why he is a calviva Dr. I couldn’t see how anyone would want to stay with this Dr. my last visit ended in me walking out. If you get assigned this Dr. just pick a different one from the beginning it’ll save you time & inconvenience.

I have been a patient here for a couple of years now. The front desk and nurses are very nice and friendly. The doctor is understanding and always listens to my concerns. Sometimes there can be a bit of a wait at the office but I think that's better than having to wait months for an appointment to be seen. The office is always clean and you can tell they work hard.

Do NOT go here. If you want anything done, Jovita at the front desk will do it. She's a wonderful worker & always pleasant. The Dr. doesn't go over results of tests he sends me out for. He only wants to do cardiology procedures in the office. He doesn't address your questions. He'll say that a specialist knows more than him. He NEVER gives refills on meds. He has prescribed me cholesterol medication twice and I've never been diagnosed with high cholesterol. I have lost 48 pounds in 6 months and he always tells me to loose weight. He's never listened to my lungs. Infact, I've never seen him with a stethoscope. Compassion is missing. Don't waste your time. Oh yeah, he is milking insurance big time!

This doctor has No compassion for his patients. He does not know what he is doing when it comes down to a medical issue. Absolutely the worst Doctor I have ever gone to. Oh, and be ready to wait they overbook all the time and you wait for hours before you can even be seen. Best thing I ever did was find a new primary doctor.
