This place is a joke. I called last week gave them my insurance info twice over 4 phone calls. They said they would call me back. I missed their call and when I call back they told me no one called me and hung up on me. So I call back the woman tells me hold on and then hangs up on me. Then I call again they ask for my insurance info again. So not verifying my information over the past week. Then they they tell my insurance isn't active. So I tell them I will call myself because online it says active. So I call my insurance. They verify i do have active coverage. I call back and she yells at me telling me I don't have insurance with my carrier. And then tells me all together I they don't take my insurance so I have to go somewhere else. I have dual insurance which are both active and

Love this place my tooth needed a root canal and was waiting for approval and the same day it got approved is the same day it broke and he got me in the same day I'd recommend you to go here great place friendly and dont wait long ..

Unprofessional and unreliable. I received a confirmation call from the Dentist himself the evening before my scheduled appointment only to show up the next day and no one was there, the office was closed. Complete waste of time. They also struggle with using the computer to verify insurance. What should have been a five minute process on the computer to verify coverage took a week for them to complete over the phone and then they no show for my appointment. This office is a joke! Don’t waste your time, there are other reputable Dentists in the area that value your time and business.

Don't know why people complain about. That place went there. Very nice people was in and out. One thing I wish they could have. Is better equipment, but Hey, not a bad place.

With myself, my mother, and my autistic sister, I track our schedules with 12 different doctors/dentists; this is the only one with whom I have scheduling problems. I've taken my sister to two appointments and spoken with them twice on the phone; each time they insisted my sister missed an appointment that we were never scheduled for, or that we came at the wrong time. They have a fee for missed appointments, but haven't enforced it, or I'd be filing a complaint with the BBB. The last time I spoke on the phone with him, I made him repeat the day and time - he did, 6 times. Today, his wife tells me my sister missed her appointment, but not to worry, because "nobody missed her".
