Do NOT go to this place!! They have an answering service who takes messages then someone will call you back sometime. Maybe the next day maybe longer! I experienced the Rudest, Most Unprofessional person that called back the next day to schedule an appointment. They don't care about "you the patient" They just work there and the women who called me back should NOT be working in the office for Dr. Mohammad Faysal!! So I just told her I will go somewhere else as their's other places I can go to!! What A Shame Though!!! A Total Lack Of Customer Service!!!

Extremely difficult to get in contact with due to their answering system. I've been trying to get in contact with them because of a missed call & even after calling 2 minutes later to get another callback, it takes hours or even days for them to call back. I just have a couple of questions regarding a new medication I've been given by my other doctor to see if it's safe for me to take before my procedure & now I have to stop taking my medication until I get a call from them & now my health is being negatively affected. I'm seriously considering canceling my operation, but I fear it's too late. No way to get in contact to reschedule an appointment due to their answering system. I guess people there do not like to use phones. left 3 messages, waited for 10 days, no one returned my calls. if they are too busy why do they accept new patients?

Dr. Mohammad Faysal bedside manner is excellent; he took the time to listen to my mother’s concerns and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. His knowledge and thoroughness put her at ease, and she felt very comfortable throughout the appointment. Thanks to Dr. Mohammad Faysal advice and treatment. I am grateful for his exceptional care and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled, honest and compassionate doctor.

Surgeon did surgery and mess the patient up. Office staff is very rude so a complaint and law suit will be filed
