Closest pharmacy to pick up my antibiotic. I tried calling 3 different times to verify the price of my script. No answer. I get there for the pharmacist to tell me a different price. When I brought the price up on my phone I was laughed at by him. I told him this was the price that it was stated at Modnurs when I selected them to fill my script. He continued to laugh and say what do they do for us and something else I couldn’t make out from his mumbling. I didn’t go there to be laughed at, I went to get medicine to help me feel better. A more appropriate response would have been “I’m sorry we don’t take that here”. I stated that maybe if you answer your phones this would have been avoided. I left there wishing I hadn’t stepped foot in th place to begin with. I won’t ever be going back.

I wanted to purchase a simple gift card, however, none of the 5 employees there knew how to do it. The employee waiting on me just looked at me and said ' I can't do that '. What ?! I said you sell gift cards, but nobody can do it?! The employee kind of giggled and informed me that ' the girls up front can do it'. I asked where they were? Well, they were all off at that time, of course. She mentioned that i could go to the dollar store, I said that'd be a special trip to make. I told her that she just lost that purchase. No apologies or anything mannerly whatsoever, basically, she didn't care. So food lion got my gift card purchase!!! And will from now on.!!

My sister had been excited to go to this store and finally went on a Saturday afternoon around 2:15 for a much needed study break. Both of the female employees were rude and kept commenting so we could hear “it would be nice if we could close early”, then told us they would be closing in 15 minutes. This was 40 minutes before their posted closing time of 3pm. They continued to rudely glare at us as we shopped, additionally taking away from our enjoyment of being in the store. There is great stuff in this store, but these 2 rude employees really soured our experience. Sadly, I don’t think we will be going back.

Horrible service. Pharmacist doesn't want to deal with Medicare on certain prescriptions all they want is to make you pay for something they are handling. They won't take TriCare insurance ...Why? there are alot of veterans in the area that would probably use them if needed. Poor poor customer service.

I like the OTC section; the employees who work up front are generally very friendly. However, I will not get prescriptions filled here--under any circumstance. 40 years on this earth and I've never had the pharmacist look me dead in the eye and call me fat. Extremely unprofessional and uncalled for. FTR, I was asking a question about generic meds vs brand meds. What my weight had to do with it is beside the point. And since when is 175 for a man "fat?"
