Modesto Urgent Care

Let me start by saying that prior to this experience, I genuinely liked this urgent care and had no issues recommending it to friends and family. Unfortunately, after what happened today, I will not be returning. I was seen in the office on Wednesday for a sore throat, and that visit went smoothly. By Friday my symptoms had worsened, so I called to ask whether antibiotics could be called in for me. I was told I needed to come back in to be evaluated again, which I agreed to without hesitation. When I arrived, I signed my name on the clipboard and took a seat. The waiting room was full, and I overheard staff mention that their system was down, which I understood. Once the system came back up, the receptionist began checking patients in. After waiting about 40 minutes without being called,

Me, my husband, and my son have all gone to this urgent care. It’s a smaller office but they do a great job of getting everyone seen without a long wait. They also allow you to wait in your car which I really appreciate so you aren’t being exposed to everyone else’s illness while you wait. Once they call you back I don’t think we’ve ever had to wait more than 5 minutes for the doctor to see us. If you end up needing medication they get it sent right off to your pharmacy. I would highly recommend this urgent care to anyone!

I really like this place it’s clean and everyone is very friendly. Usually the wait isn’t bad. I find the providers to be knowledgeable and nice.

Been coming here for a while for my kids and myself. It’s the best! It’s clean and everyone is friendly and respectful. All the doctors are knowledgeable. You can tell they all care about what they do!

I was very fortunate to be told about this place as soon as I entered, I was greeted the workers Were very friendly. I was Very appreciative of how urgent I did get care and was able to get an antibiotic for my tooth/molar abscess. I will always recommend this place. You guys are great thank you!
