The entire office runs so smoothly and professionally — everything from scheduling to check-in to payment was handled efficiently and with care. Krystal at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She’s incredibly professional, patient, and kind. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood my appointment details and insurance coverage before I even sat down. I have been going to this dentist for several years and have generally had a good experience. However, I made an appointment over the phone and told the woman I spoke with that I wanted a basic, regular cleaning. Not a deeper clean, which is what the dentist recommended during a previous visit. She scheduled my appointment and I left work downtown in the middle of the day for my appointment, only for the receptionist to tell me that they scheduled me for a deep clean anyway and that the dentist could not do a regular cleaning as it is “unethical.” I have never heard of giving a patient basic dental care as being unethical. And it turns out, it isn’t. I made an appointment at a neighboring dentist after explaining the situation, and they will give me a regular cleaning. I think it’s unethic

After 2 visits here, I have experienced really kind an gentle service. I am generally very anxious during dental appointments but the dental hygienist - Crystal - really did great work to make sure I was at ease.

Dr.Weiss and Brittany are the best team. Super efficient and gentle. Front desk is super polite and professional. Definitely would recommend.
