Modern Dental: Dr. Ronald F Jacob DMD

This is my second visit to Modern Dental and I have found that there is no better Dentist anywhere in Palm Coast than Dr. Jacob. He has an excellent staff of workers and a receptionist that welcomes every patient that arrives. The hygenists check and clean each one of my teeth and Dr. Jacob double-checks to ensure that all of them are in good condition. I highly recommend Modern Dental to everyone in Palm Coast.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Jacob and the entire team at Modern Dental. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. My family and I have been going there for years. The staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to answer questions. Dr. Jacob is not only highly skilled but also takes the time to explain everything clearly, making sure we felt comfortable and informed throughout our visits. The office is clean, modern, and runs efficiently—you never feel rushed, but you also don’t spend forever in the waiting room. I really appreciate the attention to detail and the genuine care they show their patients. My treatment was painless, and the results exceeded my expectations.

It is my first visit to Dr Jacob , and right from the start I was pleasantly surprised, it is just before year’s end and all kinds of medical and dental offices are super busy as people are trying to get in before their coverage changes, I called in with an emergency situation and right away they found a spot in their schedule for me (and again I was not an established patient) when I arrived they were ready and waiting for me . I found the office and treatment rooms to be clean and orderly despite how busy they were , the young lady who is Dr Jacob’s assistant was warm welcoming and very knowledgeable she really helped put me at ease, Dr Ronald Jacob’s really made me happy as what I thought was a lost cause he reframed for me and gave me renewed hope for the future of my oral health. I’ve been a pt for approximately 8 years and I absolutely love coming here. Arlene is amazing. She’s a great hygienist with a super personality. Dr Jacob is very nice and I always believed him to be honest which is so hard to find nowadays. Office is clean, welcoming and professional. Thank you for all of the good care you’ve given me over the years and the future ones to come!

First thing first Thank GOD this is the type of dentistry you pray for and get blessed with. So little back story I haven’t been able to smile confidently in over 3.5 yrs. I’m in the military and thought I’d be taking care of a little bit better rude awakening I haven’t been given the runaround but now I know it was Gods plan for me to end up in the care of Dr Jacob and his amazing staff. The way they interact with each other was amazing to watch they are a family. Shout out to Shannon at the front desk for setting me up and getting me take care of with the best customer service. Overall if you are looking for a dentist that regardless of the condition or circumstances will have you best interest at hand at all times this is your dentist!!
