Mobility in Massage

I just completed a 6-week Reiki Immersion package with Mobility in Massage.  I received much more than I was expecting due to Aubrey's holistic approach, her compassion, and her intuition.  She had a helpful tool for every issue that I brought to her.  Her connection to Spirit guided each session for my greatest benefit.  It's comforting to know that if ever I feel stuck or overwhelmed, I can always have a session with Aubrey to ground me and bring me back to center. I had knee replacement 6 weeks ago. And was having terrible nerve pain , mostly at night and couldn't sleep. I had one 90 minute appointment and I slept the best I have in 6 weeks. The nerve pain was so much better. Looking forward to another appointment. I highly recommend Aubrey for a therapy session for a faster recovery from any surgery.

Aubrey is truly exceptional. She possesses extensive knowledge about the muscles and movement of the body. Before each massage, she takes the time to discuss the specific areas you want to focus on during your visit, creating a unique and customized experience. In addition to the massage itself, she provides helpful exercises to alleviate soreness and muscle tightness between sessions. I am grateful for her expertise, especially as a very active individual. She helps keep my body moving and functioning at its best!!!

Aubrey has done so much for my back pain in only two sessions. She showed me stretches and exercises to keep limber between sessions. Aubrey provides a really healing environment and shows her competence and knowledge of anatomy. I heartily recommend getting treatment from Aubrey
