Recently someone from this company showed up at our PT rehab. Iwas very impressed with the frames and I was assured there were no fees. Several weeks ago, after receiving the glasses, I called to inform them that they sent me someone else's glasses as I only wear reading glasses and what I received were bifocals. I left this long message numerous times, No one returned my calls. I thought I would try one more time and after reading that one person was charged $111. This is my warning: if they try charging me, I'll be contacting alll government agencies

Great Company with the ability to help my family members not only with glasses, but with chronic issues such as dry eyes and trichiasis (turned in eye lashes). Dr.Munson has a great way of explaining things so even I could understand it! The office staff is also great at communication and I would recommend this company to anyone!
