Mobile Care Co. - Visiting Dental Associates

I was surprised to see negative reviews on the Visiting Dental Associates web-site. My sister is in a nursing home in NJ and communicating with them has been easy. Between the facility my sister is in and VDA, they seem to work together and coordinate everything to get the dental help my sister needs! My sister has had a TBI and not always easy to please, but seems to like her visiting dentist Dr. Zaat. I feel he is doing a great job and looking out for her in the best way possible! Also, Rina A. has been very helpful and has been a great contact! She has been very patient and informative, every time i have felt a need to reach out! Thanks, Allen

My mom was supposed to get an exam and cleaning. She got a wacko on a knee scooter that told her he would see her in 3 weeks and then told her representative that she required four root canals without any x-rays or pain issues. $240 out the window. Scam and should be banned from my mom’s nursing facility.

Front desk is awful. They don’t have time to credential their dentist (as said on the phone) so you will be paying out of pocket. BEWARE. They are taking advantage of the elderly and disabled financially.
