Mobile Bay Dental - The Shoppes at Bel Air

I've seen them before in the past and they are great. They understand how we're explaining our eyesight, they take care of us very well. And they also take care of all my grandchildren. I would recommend you 10 stars. This is this.

My appointment with mobile Bay went well. Dr Williams was so kind and professional with my eye exam. Everyone was very friendly and helpful when picking out my glasses . Explaining what will work best for my. I appreciate that . I will be back next year. Thank you all so much.

Be advised!! THEY VALUE THEIR TIME, but they certainly WON’T value YOURS. I am extremely disappointed with how this office treats established patients. I had a 3:00 PM appointment for my children that I had previously rescheduled specifically to ensure we could make it. I even spent a significant amount of time completing their lengthy pre-registration paperwork via text—a clear sign that I was coming. Despite all that effort, I showed up only to be told they had canceled my appointment because I didn’t "confirm" a single phone call. My phone filters calls, but they have my text and email on file (which is how they sent the paperwork!). They had days to send a follow-up text or email, and they had all day the day of the appointment to let me know it was canceled. Instead, they let me drive

The staff was very friendly and kind. Doctor Sierra Perry was very kind, and professional. Doctor perry also made sure to explain everything she was going to do during my visit. She is a phenomenal doctor and is so very kind and compassionate. 10/10 would recommend!

Dr. Perry is so wonderful! She is attentive and listens thoroughly, and I leave feeling truly cared for. The team in the eyeglass section were amazing and really went above and beyond in helping me find a new pair of glasses that I loved. 5 stars all around!
