My mother had a very disappointing experience at this office. The doctor entered the room without greeting her and seemed visibly impatient when she needed a translator, even leaving to see another patient while it was being set up. When she returned, her attitude felt cold and dismissive. Patients who require translation services deserve patience and respect, not to be treated as an inconvenience. This occurred during my mother’s appointment on 2/17/26 She will not be returning, and I would not recommend this provider to anyone who values respectful, compassionate care.

We have seen Dr Mai twice now due to my husband's diabetes being continually out of control even with the meds his PCP ordered. We changed our insurance to a PPO so he could finally go to a specialist! Dr. Mai was very friendly and professional at each visit but most importantly, she knew exactly what med changes were needed to get his blood sugar under control. After 2 visits, his blood sugar has stayed within normal limits and he is feeling much better! Thank you Dr. Mai.

The office staff was respectful. Wait was minimal. The time spent with physician was adequate and thorough for each of my visits. She answers all my questions. I felt comfortable and happy with how my care is well managed with Dr. Mai and her staff.

Dr. Mai was so nice when my husband went to see her. She was very professional and very kind. She made him feel like there was hope for him to get his diabetes under control. We would highly recommend her office to anyone. Also her staff, Lynette, Amina, and Tammy were super nice and very helpful. Again, recommend that office to anyone who needs endroconologist help.
