So i would like to start by saying it’s a great place with great staff aside from this one quack nurse practitioner Maxwell. She on multiple occasions has misdiagnosed myself or a loved one. She would not listen to my wife or myself when we tried to tell her we had gotten into poison ivy instead tried to tell us we had scabies when i personally witnessed us getting into the poison ivy. Then on a previous occasion i had an allergic reaction to a chemical I was working with and I had already confirmed through the company i worked with that I was having a reaction but yet this quack tells me I have scabies. So not only has she embarrassed myself or a member of my family because you know everybody back there in the back now thinks we are nasty. All I’m saying is do better

This was my first time going to this clinic and it will be my last. I am severely allergic to poison ivy and am normally really cautions I have recently had an outbreak and needed medical assistance to prevent spreading. She tried to tell me I had scabies. I had to explain to her how poison ivy spreads, then still said she didn’t think that’s what I have. My family of four has no other symptoms because they are not allergic to ivy but IF it was scabies then they would have it. THEY DON’T. This is a small town and rumors spread like wild fires, this is embarrassing and so unprofessional. This isn’t even the only time she tried to tell my family we had scabies. This is my actual drs office. I go to every month but today the way they treated and just dismissed me was very disrespectful. They claimed to have collected a urine sample from me when I would clearly remember if I peed in a cup for them and then dr Simon was whispering about me to the nurses bc I kept saying I need medical attention for a uti and they finally gave me a cup to give a sample after I was dismissed even though I've told the Dr of other complaints I have. They rushed me out of that clinic all bc they closed at 6:30. My appointment was at 4:15. This is very much medical malpractice, and I will be filing a complaint against them all who was involved with my visit today!
