MJ Dental - Mount Dora Cosmetic & Family Dentist

Doctor MJ was phenomenal. I was scheduled to do a root canal and I decided last minute I rather doing implants due to bad experience with a previous root canal, and he was extremely kind to make a last minute change. His assistant Cindy was the sweetest! She took great care of me, dealt with my anxiety and helped me to relax. I am still recovering, and there is a degree of pain, as anything. but I am not swollen at all. People is shock to see me looking pretty normal, even though it was a complex procedure. I still have a lot of work to do in my entire mouth and I am beyond thankful I found a great doctor & team to help me achieve my dental goals. PS: The picture is two days post-surgery. No bruising or swelling.

It’s AMAZING to find one of the BEST dental experiences EVER right in my own back yard! Dr. Jivan and his staff are next level: highly professional, caring, friendly, and kindly accommodating of whatever your needs may be. Dr. Jivan is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and personable. My hygienist, Jane, was wonderfully cheerful and an expert in performing a virtually pain-free cleaning…in spite of the fact that I was overdue! At the front desk Anna and Arti were beyond warm and friendly — they made me feel welcome and at ease as soon as I walked into the office. I moved to this area from a much larger city and feel very blessed to discover this excellent practice. As everyone knows a terrific dentist is hard to find. My search is over!

The entire staff at MJ Dental is caring and qualified. Going to the dentist has never been a favorite for me, however, I am at ease there knowing I am in such a supportive environment. Dr. J is just the best!

Today was my first visit with MJ Dental and they were absolutely amazing! I had a cavity for the first time and was scared to have a filling done but they made it such a stress free and easy process. They explained everything along the way and checked in with me frequently which was so nice. I felt cared for and can’t wait to continue going back! Thanks for helping my teeth get healthier again! :)

After reading all the great reviews, I decided to go for myself as I was in need of some dental work. The staff was wonderful and very friendly. The dental assistant Jenny made me feel very comfortable and explained everything that was going on. Dr. Jivan was as good as everyone says. He clearly explained everything to me and was able to fix my problem in the first visit. I do not have dental insurance and was able to sign up for a plan that this practice offers, it saved me money on my first visit which was handled as an emergency. I now have plans to return for my cleaning and regular check up in the near future. Being new to the Eustis area, I am very happy I found out about MJ Dental in Mt.
