My experience with the pharmacist owner, Tuan Tran, was extremely unprofessional and upsetting. When I raised a legitimate medication safety concern, he was impatient, dismissive, and escalated the conversation instead of listening. He repeatedly talked over me, raised his voice, and made comments like “I have thousands of other things that I have to take care of” and “I cannot help you anymore,” before ultimately hanging up on me mid-conversation. At no point did he attempt to calmly understand my concern or de-escalate. Being spoken to this way by a healthcare professional was unacceptable. Regardless of the clinical issue, hanging up on a patient and responding with hostility shows a serious lack of professionalism. Based on this interaction alone, I cannot recommend this pharmacy.

Was recommended this location and signed up for the subscription service the price is phenomenal and speed of service is fantastic. Highly recommend.

The prescription I received was incorrect. The owner was unprofessional, disputing doctor's orders and recommending changes to my prescribed medication. After multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I cancelled membership.

(There was a charge put through that was not supposed to be; The owner was sincerely apologetic and resolved the issue in UNDER 2 Hrs!) Would highly recommend doing business with them!

Excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable, they reply promptly and clearly to questions, fill prescriptions quickly, have great communication and are very friendly & helpful. Kudos and a huge thank you to MixMyRx!!
