Mixlab

Our cat George is a new patient with Mixlab. When our previous compounding pharmacy closed I was worried dealing with a new pharmacy would be a headache. I WAS WRONG!!! Mixlab has been wonderful!!!! George's daily medication is always sent to us on time and is accurate. They even send him a little cat toy, which he loves. Thank you making our switch a pawsitive experience!!!

My cat Gift needs medication for his kidneys that he has to take every day. I am very satisfied with Mixlab. Monthly deliveries are hassle-free. I requested “tasteless” and Gift accepts the medication mixed with her kibble without any problems. Once I had to move up the delivery date because I lost some of the liquid. Everything was easy and the refill date was automatically updated. Customer service is very fast and efficient.

Mixlab is great! Orders are filled, shipped and delivered promptly. Their customer service team is excellent. Everyone we spoken to by phone or email has helped resolve our issues right away. We fill a specific prescription through then that needs the flavor added, but we will continue to use them anytime one of our animals needs a scrip filled.

VDCrx closed after 35 years, and while I had my grievances with them, Mixlab has been a headache. - Constant e-mails for prescriptions or incorrectly sent ones when I JUST ordered days ago - They sent me a new prescription with a deceased animal's name on it, even though the order was clear - Refills don't work and I have to keep on top of when medication is running out. I'm now behind on a dosage cause it, and the amount in each bottle is incorrect for the dosage required. - They're extremely expensive. The only upside, I guess, is it's "free" shipping. Please, do better. Medication can make the difference between life and death. The only thing I will say they do better than VDCrx is when an animal passes, they are willing to refund you if you just got medication refilled. Edit: Unfort

Mixlab is the absolute best! They are always so helpful and work to get my fur babies their meds - even when it’s complicated! And let’s not forget about the toy they include with every order! ❤️🐾❤️
