I found this hidden gem on Google and Leda made me feel comfortable just by talking to her on the phone to schedule an appointment with Matt! Once I arrived I felt at ease. They are very knowledgeable. Matt has worked wonders just in the 1st session and is in the process of helping me relieve lymphatic drainage after having lipo and tummy tuck! Money well spent because unfortunately they didn't cover my insurance.. great communication throughout the process and outside the process.thank goodness I found them and gave them a try!!

After having multiple sports injuries (MCL sprains, ankle sprains, rotator cuff!) Matt has helped me through every one over a number of years. I have been back competing quicker than I though after each injury and I put that down to the work Matt has done and the exercises he has given me. I started seeing Matt for chronic neck and shoulder pain due to working long hours at my desk and computer. Within the first session, he discovered that I have a right sternalis muscle (only 6% of people have this muscle), and it was very tight with a lot of bound up fascia. He focused on releasing the fascia and muscle tension in the rest of my chest and surrounding areas. Before this session, I had always felt a tightness in my chest (like I needed to crack my sternum or something), and afterwards it felt like I could take a deeper breath. I am now seeing Matt for care on a regular basis.

After being injured in a helicopter nearly 2 years ago and trying everything short of extreme risk surgery for my pain, working with this establishment has brought me hope for the first time. Professional, motivated, and caring are words that easily describe this team. They couple together excellent care and recovery with very targeted therapy. It works. This is high standard, high quality therapy. Could not recommend it more highly.
