If you’re looking for a cold, unprofessional experience where you’re treated like an inconvenience instead of a parent with a newborn, Mitchell Pediatrics is the place. The front desk staff is rude, the energy in the office is unwelcoming, and the doctor rushes through appointments like he’s on a timer. What truly crossed the line was their decision to send a sheriff’s deputy to my home over a matter that had already been handled — all because I didn’t answer the phone immediately. As if new parents aren’t exhausted and juggling a thousand things. Instead of following up like professionals, they went straight to intimidation and overreach. It was invasive, unnecessary, and honestly disturbing. I’ve since found a new pediatrician who knows how to treat patients with basic respect and comm

What doctor today actually calls you back themselves? I left a voicemail message and Dr. Mitchell called me back herself. She apologized, gave me her personal contact info to send the documents, and resolved the issue in less than 24 hours. Michelle also called me first thing this morning to tell me she sent over the paperwork that I requested them to send the day before. The staff follows up after every request, when RXs are sent over and just for general questions. She is also very good doctor, she is thorough, and never forgets a face/name. Amazing doctor especially considering how things are these days. Thank you Dr. Mitchell for providing quality care for my little one.

Dr. Mitchell n her wonderful hardworking staff make my children’s visits so comfortable. They are warm, welcoming n they take our health seriously so much so, that we get numerous reminders about upcoming appointments. The offices is clean, neat n well kept. Thanks To u all for being an amazing team!!!!

Dr Mitchell, Kayla Coutee. Couldn't ask for better. Even if the wait is longer I don't mind waiting for extremely thorough care. I personally have not experienced longer than normal wait time and the care was absolutely wonderful.

Went in for an appointment for my child today. The wait didn't bother me however the fact that she was prescribed medicine for her allergies and the bad cough she has been having and never got it was an issue. I had my own appointment shortly after hers and decided to wait to go to the pharmacy afterwards to pick up her medicine thinking it would be ready. The medicine wasn't even called in. I tried calling the office back and they closed early for the,holiday(understandable). Got ahold of the answering machine lady who said she would page the doctor. Long story short the doctor called back 3 hours later stated she was on her way to the office to give her an hour so I did.
