The hygienists and Dr. Pasenkoff (Dr. "Mitch") are so friendly, gentle, kind and patient. We had a family dentist day. My 4 year old daughter was cautious and scared but she was smiling ear to ear within 2 minutes of sitting in Shelly's chair. Afterwards while we waited for my husbands teeth to be cleaned, we were welcomed to play with an entire file cabinet full of Hess trucks. We played behind the front desk and the staff were so welcoming, not bothered by it one bit. Truly a hometown gem.
Dr. Pasenkoff is one of the kindest and most attentive dentists l've ever been to. He has always been readily available in emergency situations for both my husband and me, which we deeply appreciate. He truly makes us feel like family with his care and compassion. His hygienist, Trish, is by far the best l've ever had-gentle, thorough, and incredibly skilled. I'm not an easy patient, but she makes every visit comfortable. Thank you, Dr. Pasenkoff and Trish, for your outstanding care! Emily

I always have a good experience at their office. Tricia is a phenomenal hygienist. The best I've ever had. And Dr. Pasenkoff is very knowledgeable and thorough. I feel like I'm in very good hands with both of them. My husband and 17 year old son are also clients. We've been with this practice since we moved to Norfolk in 2008. I can’t say enough good things about out our experience there!
