Missouri Valley Vet - Pinehurst

Dr. Crystal Scott as well as the lovely receptionist were so kind and caring. I had to put my hamster down and they were incredibly sweet and made the whole process manageable. Huge shoutout to them and the whole team!

My Lab had TPLO surgery and she was treated so well as was I. The front receptionists were very nice and informed me of what was needed., Dr. Tonia took the time to explain the procedure,and let me know how the surgery went. The Assistants were so helpful when I picked her up the next day. If I lived closer, I would definitely use them as my Vet. Thank you for all you work and help.

We will be forever indebted to the staff and doctors at Missouri Valley. Our little 5 pound Chihuahua had a terrible injury while traveling with us to Bismarck to visit family. Two of his paws were injured so badly we couldn't even imagine him being able to walk again. From the moment we arrived the staff moved swiftly to stabilize and care for Paco. They were beyond kind and understanding during this incredibly emotional time. The vet care he received was truly what saved his life and his paws. If it were not for the staff there I truly believe we would not have had the same outcome. Upon returning home our vet was beyond complimentary about how well he had been cared for and was amazed at how well he was healing from such a traumatic incident. I got to the appointment 10 minutes before. My pet and I waited 30 minutes past the appointment time. The staff didn't communicate this to me until after paying for the bill. This is why Im giving them 4 stars. The vet and other staff was great with pet. Communication is key for great customer service/experience.

I was able to get my cat in for a same day emergency appointment which was super convenient! The only reason for 4 stars is the vet seemed rushed and a little inconvenienced by my questions. But overall a good experience and a lot cheaper then I was expecting!
