Missouri Highlands Urgent Care - Doniphan

I'm not sure when the Drs here stopped performing diagnostics, but I've not seen any the last 2 visits. No tests. No feeling lymph nodes to check for swelling. No swabs to rule things out. No blood drawn to check white cell count. Nothing. I even directly asked for a urine test last time to rule out a bladder infection, and was REFUSED ONE. A simple pee in a cup test. I was told it wasn't needed and that having accidents in public at age 40 was normal. SINCE WHEN!? I have since been diagnosed with overactive bladder and take daily medication. But I had to find this out by going elsewhere. I presented today with textbook sinus infection symptoms. I complained of sinus drainage and ear issues...they never looked at my throat or ears at all. Nothing. Instead they looked up my nose, said it

Our kiddo recently broke his elbow and we brought him for X-rays. Had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The Xray tech was fabulous, as was his doctor. Thanks to all.

I have been here two times thus far. Each time this urgent care has been very helpful! The staff is very kind and goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and as comfortable as possible. The Dr. Is awesome!!!! He listens and is very informative with a great bedside manner. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Took off work on a Monday with multiple issues. They seemed to want to only focus on one and the worst one and not listen very well. They took care of my ear infection and unclogged the earwax. Now it's Monday again and I still can't work and have lost my voice from this terrible cough that doesn't seem to have gotten any better and i run a crew and am supposed to train 2 new guys this week. I'm glad my time isn't very valuable.

Took my son in today (9-9-24) to be seen about him throwing up, high fever and sore throat and cough. We saw Dr. Pinderski unfortunately. He tested him for everything. I never heard back from flu and Covid tests (I even called) but he did say his strep test came back negative. Fine whatever, but then he asks about his symptoms and I tell him he had been exposed to strep and that he gets strep very very easily. Obviously I’m not a doctor, but I know my son right? (I guess not) The nurse took his temp and said it was 101.6 and said his throat was red. Obviously you could tell he wasn’t feeling good. The doctor come in and asked if he was even running real fevers or just fake fevers. I tell him that it’s got to almost 102 the night before and right now it’s 101.6. His response “oh so real
