Awesome experience from online to in-person. Very short wait time. I love the new facilities in Flowood. The nurses were very friendly and helpful. The X-ray tech was very friendly and accommodating. This was my first time to see Dr. Pickering. Very nice man and very understanding. I highly recommend him! If I weren’t retired, I would love to work at this facility!!

Very friendly and very much willing to help me. Didn't take to long at all to get in and out. I fill better now than when I went there yesterday. The only objective thing I have is they don't wait up for people who are using a walker or cane. This is when they are taking you to your room. I understand there busy but I just wish they were a little more considerate towards people who are disabled. The people who are taking you back to ur room. Not the doctor or his nurses.

I love my experiences with Dr. W. Johnson Jr. he's a very accomplished surgeon and takes time out to listen and really hear what you have to say. I've seen him in both Jackson and Flowood. My waiting time has been short except for one visit it took almost an hour to be seen. Over all I recommend him to anyone as well as the staff from the front check in to ladies that call you back, nurses and the x-ray department they're all very polite and courteous.

Fairly easy check-in. Smooth transition from one station to another. Dr. Moss is very pleasant and explained the status & healing process of my hand injury well. I'm very thankful for how quickly they were able to work me in after having waited over 3 weeks to see a physician at another clinic. Thank you, MSMOC!

I saw Dr. Jew. He was quite professional and personable. His NP Lacy was sweet and friendly. They seemed genuinely concerned about my joint pain and swelling and Dr. Jew offered suggestions for treatment. Will go back in one month for follow-up. I recommend them based on one short visit. Suggestion: for easier check-in, fill out any forms online rather than having to contend with the IPad they use. It was confusing at times and some of the medical terms I checked “no” because I didn’t know what they were and I figured if I didn’t know it I probably never had it🤭!
