Mission Valley Dentists

Went here for 2-3 years. It’s usually good enough dental care but feels very corporate. I got tired of having a new hygienist and dentist every time I went in, and the front desk turnover was high. I decided to switch after being cancelled on twice in a row last minute, and being given a rushed 15 cleaning when they added me on to someone else’s schedule. I now prefer the small neighborhood dentist closer to me, my first cleaning with them was so much better.

Bianca, the hygienist, is amazing. I get so anxious coming to the dentist for cleanings and she’s so calming and just has such a sweet presence that I can get through the cleaning with ease. I ask for her every time I make an appointment. Thanks Bianca! Dr. Morgan is also so amazing and thorough!

Perhaps this was a rare and unusual occasion, but my experience this morning was rather unfortunate. Everyone was very kind, however I was EXTREMELY nervous, literally shaking.. Everyone was very supportive and understanding until the dr walked in.., He did NOT like me interrupting him to ask questions, more than once pointed his finger at me and spoke over me in, what I felt, was an oddly rude manner. He was FAR from patient and seemed to be in a rush. He started to explain some of the dangers of this operation, and it was so much info SO fast I couldn’t digest (I was terrified), and every time I tried to ask a question he cut me off and seemed irritated. I understand u need to read me these paragraphs of information, but a little patience and compassion could had really helped.. The guy

Last week I went in for a routine follow up and cleaning etc. Bianca was the person who worked with me. She was professional, very pleasant and thorough! I definitely would recommend her! I’ve used this Dental Group for a few years and have always had a positive experience with the staff…front office, dentists and assistants.

Excellent dentist experience. Dr. Morgan took time to explain everything she was doing. She was patient and thorough. So much appreciated. I will be recommending my friends to her. Thank you.
