Mission Heritage Urgent Care - San Clemente

I absolutely love this new, clean, and accessible place. It’s conveniently located in a shopping area, so I can easily go shopping while waiting for my turn. I didn’t even have to wait long because I was seen right away by the knowledgeable, efficient, and caring nurse practitioner, Grace. I highly recommend this place to my friends, and I’ll definitely come back even if it’s a bit of a drive for me.

First time here for non-urgent care services. I appreciated the warm kindness from the staff, to the large private exam room. Reception area is modern modest, a water hydration station, and plenty of parking & handicap spaces. To my curiosity and understanding, the 'Urgent Care' opens at 4pm. Definitely call to get more information for urgent care hours of operation. Located literally just a hop, skip, and a jump from the 5 freeway which is a plus! I'm giving it 5 stars.

First of all, this urgent Care supposed to be open at 8:00 a.m to 8:00 p.m.. I took my mother at 3:00 p.m. on advice of her physician. There was a sign out front with an arrow pointing to a door down the way that said urgent Care. On entering, we were told the urgent Care didn't open until 4:00 p.m., they didn't have a doctor available to see my mom right now even though there was maybe one or two people in the waiting room and I had to bring my mother back. So, I ran an errand and came back with my mother at 4:00 p.m. my mother can't stand for long periods of time so we waited in the car. A girl came and opened a side door and let some folks in that arrived after we did and then closed the door which locked. By the time I got my 89 year old mother to the door we couldn't get in. This was my first visit to this Urgent Care. I was immediately welcomed by the front desk staff. Waiting room is large and very comfortable and clean. I was called back right away. I was so impressed by the facility and staff. The physician was extremely kind and knowledgeable, as well as staff

Amazing experience with the physician assistant and Dr Lee. You guys are the best and thanks for the laughs while we mined for gold in the ear canal. You guys are the definition of compassionate care and wellness.
