Miracle-Ear Hearing Aid Center

My mom went in for a routine appt. The prescription was changed and the buzzing from the hearing aids was constantly. We went back a few days later and were told it was because they weren’t in correctly. She had had them for Four years with no problem and now she doesn’t know how to put them in!! I called a few days later, again, asking if we could go in and I was told the next appointment is Feb 9. Today is January 22!! When I told Melissa Garcia, the office manager I felt that the new lady , Allison, had done something wrong because we had never had this problem she became angry and hung up on me. Absolutely terrible service.

I had a hearing test done in Santa Fe and was told I needed new hearing aids. We purchased the high end model. From the day I got them, I had a kazoo-saxaphone noise in the left aid. Despite several trips to have it corrected, I was left with the same issue. David said it was my fault for wanting them turned higher. I said these were the 3rd set from Miracle Ear and the worse ones yet. I said that I wanted them sent in. He said, "Sorry you feel that way". I just had an appointment in Amarillo and she fixed all the issues inside of 20 minutes.

My experience at Miracle Ear was nothing short of spectacular. I made the appointment for my grandfather to have a hearing test done (despite his hesitation). David was attentive and courteous to my grandfather (who was feeling very self conscious about his hearing loss). David explained the full process so we could easily understand what to expect and he continuously ensured my grandfather that he was in a safe environment. My grandfather loves his hearing devices and has become much more confident and social. We recommend working with David!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

David is an exceptional hearing aid specialist! He recently helped my dad, and we couldn’t be more grateful for his expertise and kindness. Went in to get information about what was needed to get hearing aids. The receptionist/scheduler was very helpful. She got my information and setup an appointment for me immediately.
