I can't say enough good things !! Miss Raquel is honestly very caring very professional and very knowledgeable about what she does !! She actually explained reasons why my hearing is so damaged , which now I understand much better . Her receptionist is very charming and very polite!!! They were both very professional . If you have to go see a hearing doctor I definetly recommend going to their office , you will not regret it , as she is an excellent choice , I wouldnt go anywhere else as she will definetly meet your needs , and make sure you get the best care!!!

Raquel is incredible and is a credit to the Miracle Ear company. She's patient, very knowledgeable, and displays actual care for her clients. After my hearing test, the hearing aids she recommended were light years better than my old pair. She takes the time to explain everything and makes the necessary "tweaks" to the aids to get just the right result. The receptionist (Joann) is extremely personable and is always pleasant to deal with. You can't go wrong if you're in need of hearing aids to visit Miracle Ear in Modesto.

Raquel is amazing. I took my mom in and she kept repeating beautiful to the hearing she experienced while trying the hearing aids. Raquel is knowledgeable, caring, patient, and sympathetic with her patients. She explains everything clearly. We left knowing things that we did not know about hearing and especially how it relates to the brain. Joann is amazing also. So genuine and sincere with an excellent smile and customer service skills. Would definitely recommend.

My 91 year old Dad had his hearing devices made here last year and he was extremely happy on how he was treated and the overall experience . They were patient , punctual and clearly explained all the details on the procedures , tests, results and expectations . No pressure! He had severe profound hearing loss on both ears and now , his life has changed being able to hear clearly … It has been a year and half now and he still can’t stop raving about his hearing device to his friends and the family .
