Miracle-Ear Hearing Aid Center

Tried Miracle Ear at the Lma Road office in Fort Wayne after using another brand for 8 years or so. Dereck patiently showed why he thought Miracle Ear was better than what I had been using and during the test it was obvious he was correct. Although the cost was more than what I expected, the difference was WELL worth it. Even my wife agreed as she said, "NOW you can clearly hear me." In a follow up meeting with him, he was again very patient and at no time did I feel any pressure in buying it. If shopping for hearing aids I recommend you at least give it a try, as I am sure they may be what you are looking for.

Honest expectations of the hearing aids. During the initial interview I explained my main problem was understanding people with heavy accents and my grandchildren who tend to "mubble" and at the same time be looking away from me. After taking the hearing test, she explained to me I had some hearing loss but my main complains would not be resolved by hearing aids. I appreciated the honest of what help hearing aids would give me.

Went in for a hearing test found out that part of my problem was a build up in my right ear,needed cleaned before a test could be done. Very nice people, no charge for this visit will return.

I received my hearing aids almost two weeks ago. Thank you Noreen for all your assistance. The entire Lima Road staff is fabulous, thank you again 👍❤️
