Christian & Brenda have been absolutely wonderful to work with!! Anytime I have a question or concern with my hearing aids they are right there to help me figure it out!! They are warm & welcoming as well as highly skilled in the area of hearing aids. I highly recommend them!!

When you walk in the receptionist greets everyone and the Doctor comes around smiling. It feels like you missed your friends and you get to see them at your next appointment! I would give Miracle Ear a 12 out of 10 for customer Service. All right, bye-bye

Everyone (all of two people 🤪) is super nice! Judy, the Senior Hearing Instrument Specialist, is very knowledgeable and friendly! Miracle Ear has a wide variety of options...yes, they may be expensive, but their quality is superior. Ask her all the questions you want. Even ask her if she has any discounts...I bet she does!

I have been very impressed with the customer service here. My dad was basically deaf to normal conversations and now he can hear. After care awesome also!!! I sure do recommend this place to everyone. Penny Marriott

Dr.Hunt was courteous, professional, kind and very patient considering my old auntie can be a bit of a nuisance. Our family is so grateful we decided to make the trip up to council bluffs, it was absolutely the right decision. Now auntie may says she knows when a tree falls in the woods it does in fact make a sound, because she can hear it from miles away.
