Mira Vista Court

I was just discharged from Mira Vista Court about two weeks ago, and I have never felt so welcomed or cared for. It was my first time as a resident, in a place such as this. Both my parents were residents in two different care facilities in Fort Worth. Dad's was long term and Mom's was rehabilitation for three weeks. I visited often enough to form relationships with the CNA'S, Nurses and Executive staff overlooking their care. The really amazing thing about Mira Vista Court is that everyday I was there, I had people from Mira Vista Court there that believed in me, that encouraged me and became friends of mine. I consider Mira Vista Court the best place that I could have chosen. The very best. The CNA'S, Nurses, Activity Director Carol, kitchen staff and Executive Staff were amazing. T

Came and toured Mira Vista Court – such a welcoming place! Chip (I believe that was his name) was the best door greeter. He welcomed me with, 'Welcome to Mira Vista Court, where the best begins!' – and it truly felt that way. Liz was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the Medicaid Pending process in a way I could fully understand. She was nothing short of kind, compassionate, and patient, easing my worries during a difficult time. Sadly, my mother passed before I could bring her here, but I will absolutely recommend Mira Vista Court to others looking for a great place to call home.

I wanted to praise this building and staff for the amazing job they did with one of my loved ones. The front desk receptionist Mrs. Flores is simply the best part of the day every time we go in. Always friendly and helpful. Liz and Rebecca have been attentive and supportive. I would highly recommend this place to anyone seeking placement for their loved one!

In my 3 year experience with this place, having my loved one here, it has been The most frustrating and maddening experience. The nurses never know anything of what is going on. They won’t give out the Dr’s phone number and when I ask for them to call me I do not get a call. They have high turnover in staff and use temp services for aides. I literally have to go and make sure she has sheets in her bed because I have visited and found her and her room mate laying in the bare mattress. I have found used syringes left in the room, and trash left on the floor. I have to get them water as their drink wares always empty. I want to move her so much but she has a friend there and does want to leave that friend. This is one of the most expensive places as a nursing home and is not what

From the moment she arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive to her needs. The facility is clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment for recovery. The therapists were highly skilled and patient, providing personalized rehabilitation programs that helped my mother regain her strength and independence. The activities offered were engaging and tailored to her interests, making her stay enjoyable. What truly stood out was the compassionate care from the nursing staff.
