I really appreciate the quality of the compounded medications, they’ve consistently done a great job with that. However, I’m genuinely disappointed and concerned about the ongoing issue with the syringes. This is now the third time I haven’t been provided with the correct syringes. Before leaving this time, I specifically asked to confirm that the proper ones were included, and they were not. When I brought it to their attention, I was told they didn’t have the correct syringes in stock and that I should just use the ones provided. What’s especially unsettling is that I was advised to draw the medication “halfway between the markers” to estimate the correct dose.
