MinuteClinic at CVS

My only complaint about my visit to the Minute Clinic is that I was told on the telephone that the visit for a complete physical would cost $101 but when it was over the nurse-practitioner provided me with an itemized list and the cost exceeded $200! I don't think this was professional of the person who quoted me the first price over the telephone and I was unable to pay any additional charges, which I think should be dropped since I was not informed correctly.

I have no idea what is wrong with this location but it is absolutely ridiculously unorganized! I visited this clinic a few days ago to test for a treatment. I was told my results would be ready by Monday instead they were ready the next day. Additionally, the pharmacist said the health care provider would give me my prescription after giving me my lab results. It has been three days and I still have no prescription available on file to pick up. I have called to speak to provider and everyone conveniently doesn't have their number or their extension to transfer me to the doctor to get some answers! I don't know if they're understaffed or what but, if you're in any pain or discomfort do not come here. They move with a lack of urgency.

I visited cvsclinic at 2226 wisconsin avenue in DC for the problem of ear congestion. Practitioner did ear flushing. Total care came to 140 dollar. It was fast and helpful. Overall I recommend that

I was unable to book an appointment online as they were fully booked, but Dr. Hardeman was a lifesaver and able to squeeze me in between other patients. He was truly the best doctor I’ve seen in years, and wish he was my PCP back home! Incredibly warm, patient, and knowledgeable.

The most terrible service you can possibly get in the area!!! This is not a minute clinic — it’s an hour clinic. Terrible and rude personnel. Do not waste your time or money here!!!
