MinuteClinic at CVS

Had a very positive experience. Easy to schedule an appointment. Short wait time and the practitioner was professional, polite and was caring. I was in desperate need of treatment for a severe sinus infection and she listened and treated me quickly. Medication was ready in 10 minutes or less.

This visit all went smoothly; friendly and efficient practitioner. No issues. Was 1-star > In the past two weeks I made an appointment twice and each was canceled by CVS Minute Clinic. The 1st was canceled 15 minutes AFTER the scheduled time. This following numerous confirmations and my checking in at the terminal in the clinic. The second was canceled 2.5 hrs beforehand. Is it still operational?

The Nurse I had was friendly and helpful she chatted with me and was personable. It’s a great idea that CVS has this service and it’s convenient for me too just in the neighborhood. The Nurse practitioner is a good one CVS hired and she should be praised for doing a job rightly .

It was easy to schedule. I was taken on time, and the practitioner ( Marilyn) was friendly and comprehensive in her care! In this day and age of indifferent health care providers, it was a refreshing experience!!

I scheduled an appointment with this Minute Clinic as I was experiencing some respiratory issues and hives. The nurse checked a few basic things and diagnosed me with allergies and suggested taking Zyrtec. Few days later my condition worsened so I visited my PCP and was diagnosed with severe pneumonia. I was told it was bad enough that it should have been caught in my first visit with Minute Clinic. To add further insult I received a bill from CVS that I don't think I should pay as I was misdiagnosed! I do not recommend this place.
