MinuteClinic at CVS

FIRST: All the bad reviews are from over 2 years ago and a different Nurse Practitioner. The one they have now is great! Went there for the first time today! I am not a fan of pharmacy chains, but I really like the Minute Clinic in this CVS. The Nurse Practitioner is skilled in Family Practice Medicine and I can say that as I spent many years in Cardiovascular ICUs, Cardiac Cath Labs, and ERs as an RN. Her name is Lemmishea Crenshaw, NP. I went in due to a dog bite I received while running nearby. I knew I probably needed a Tetanus shot and thought some antibiotics prophylactically would be smart. Lemmishea was very, very thorough, gave me great instruction even though she knew I was an RN and was truly a delight as a human being. I will be coming here from now on as little things happen i

The minute clinic at this location worked out great for me. Extremely clean and efficient location. The practitioner saw me and was very helpful. Explained what I had, gave me professional medical advice and was extremely respectful and personable. I’ve always been skeptical of these clinics but I don’t see myself going anywhere else. I hope I don’t get sick anytime soon but if I do I would really hope I get seen and treated by NP Knowles. A+++++++

Our experience at this CVS Minute Clinic was extremely disappointing. Polina Knowles, along with the other practitioners at this location, demonstrated a complete lack of bedside manner. They were rude, dismissive, and showed little to no empathy. From the moment we entered the exam room, we were treated poorly and made to feel unwelcome. The appointment felt rushed, and we left without a clear understanding of our child’s condition. This level of care is unacceptable—do better, CVS Minute Clinic.
