MinuteClinic at CVS

I went in to get a referral to get allergy testing done at the minute clinic and the nurse practitioner was extremely rude, she wrote me a referral that I took to her recommended lab, the referral wasn’t able to work at the lab so I had to go through the lab directly and get lab testing without the referral. They charged me $150 to get talked to like crap and to get a sheet of paper I couldn’t even use. I called to see about getting the charge dropped because of this and the service manager or whatever, in lamens terms told me to get over it. I’ve been in management and this is not how you treat people. This was my first and last time visiting MinuteClinic, especially with them doing nothing not even an apology to make it right.

I've been lucky on the different visits throughout 2025 to get same same practitioner each time. My normal pup can be hard to get a quick sick visit in a timely manner, and CVS Minute Clinic is my go to.

Professional and respectful service, from the NP that treated me to the pharmacist who filled my prescriptions. This MC was outstanding!

I was very unsatisfied with the practitioner. I had to wait after 2 people walk in but I had an appointment. I had to wait 2 hours at a minute clinic when I had appointment and was there on time for my appointment.

I wasn’t feeling well and went in for food poisoning. I kept trying to do a virtual visit and book an appointment online, but I wasn’t able to so I went to the clinic. I even tried to make an appointment on their kiosk, but their location and the surrounding locations were booked as well and I wouldn’t be seen until the next day. The nurse and doctor were so nice and they squeezed me in even though they didn’t have to. They listened, took their time and explained everything to me and didn’t treat me like a dollar sign, a number or rush through anything. I truly appreciate them and pray that they stay blessed!
