MinuteClinic at CVS

Mini clinic was good, And efficient. There was a little bit of a delay, but the nurse practitioner doctor came out several times to talk to the people letting them know what was happening. I believe communication is key and that made the experience very pleasant.

We’ve visited here too frequently in the past couple of months, tis the season for flu and strep in our family :/ Mrs Veronica is who we have seen and she is hands down one of the best providers we’ve ever been treated by ! She is sweet, friendly, engaging, professional and SO informative ! I hope we don’t have to visit again any time soon but if we do we hope to have her again !

Nurse practitioners are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. My husband and I have had 3 appointments in the last 6 months for different issues. Very good experience all 3 times.

When I entered the minute clinic I checked in on the kiosk and it said would you like to be a walk-in (It said up to 10 minute wait) or I could choose the 10:30 a.m. appointment. It was 10:20 at this point. I decided to choose the 10:30 a.m. appointment because I figured if I had an appointment I would be seen quicker. However, I was not seen until an hour and a half after I arrived. When I asked the nurse about an hour into my wait if I was going to be seen soon, she told me that I was a walk-in and that walk-ins usually wait 1 to 2 hours which was very confusing since I thought I had taken the 10:30 appointment. She said it flippantly without any sympathy or understanding as I had been waiting with my two young sons. If the wait for walk-ins really is that long, then CVS needs to update

I received my COVID-19 and Flu vaccination here. They are great. I love that they use same chart system as UF Flagler and Baptist and Mayo Clinic so I can easily everything and so can all my doctors. I look forward to them getting approval to become a primary care provider.
