MinuteClinic at CVS

The CVS Minute Clinic system is terribly flawed. I called CVS 3 times and went to two different stores a total of 3 times to get my elderly father care. I received conflicting information on times, availability, and walk-in options between the AI phone system, the Minute Clinic hotline staff member, the CVS app, and the pharmacist at the Ramona, CA CVS. For example, I was told by the hotline that the Ramona CVS does have a MC. When we arrived, the pharmacist told us they no longer offer it and to go to Santee. I checked the CVS app and it showed Santee does NOT have a MC. We drove 30+ minutes to the Rancho Bernardo location only to find the clinic saying CLOSED on Friday. Had an appointment at 3pm I got here at 2:40 It is now 4:15 pm and the lady is telling me that she may not see me today because “I made my appointment on the same day.” I’ve been waiting for over an hour and she’s taking people in who’s appointment are after mine, she took a person in for 3:30pm 3:45 & 4 pm they all came after me. I’m here for a TB test something that takes no more than 15 minutes, the lady was so rude, so unprofessional, has a bad attitude for no reason I would much rather drive extra miles and waste more time and gas than come back here and deal with Rude

Dr. Haily Nguyen provided exceptional care with kindness and quickness. She is very knowledgeable and pleasant to interact with. To been seen despite being a walk-in and having all my requests attended to is fantastic. Thank you Dr. Nguyen!

Charged $150 to clean wax from one ear Left with bleeding ear and no wax removed😂

Went and had to wait for about 3 hours do to lunch breaks and staff having to leave. The nurse checking in was very nice but understaffed. Went for TB test assessment which is $59.
