MinuteClinic at CVS

Do not waist your time trying to walk in. They literally make no effort to work that list. The clinician took a little more than an hour to see 2 patients. 2! We should have been next, then more appts starting showing up. I had a feeling they werent even going to try, and then they called the person that was literally still signing in. I understand other people have appts, we would have had one too if they were available. But we waited over an hour. The appts can wait a few mins in my opinion. But if your not even going to try staggering in the waiters....then don't have a wait list. I'm not asking for special treatment, just fair. They didn't even acknowledge the situation. 0/10!

We are down here on a trip and had one child develop an ear infection. We stopped by here thinking it was a walk in clinic but it wasn't. That's okay. We didn't mind. We just scheduled for later in the day. While filling out paperwork in order to move through the process faster later, the NP finished with her patient and told them to go ahead and let us be seen. They were all so kind with our daughter and very willing to help out. We truly appreciated you all today!

Charged my insurance $450 and me $40 for a simple visit. Way too expensive. They say online they charge $40-60 for a visit. This is not correct. Won't go back.

Absolute terrible experience. I had an appointment scheduled for a DOT physical, but yet when I got there, after waiting over 30 mins past my appointment time, that’s when they decided to let me know they were certified to do that physical. That’s understandable, but they couldn’t have known that at least the day of my appointment and sent me a message within the hundred messages they sent me to confirm I’d be there? Of course not. And they want to charge me for the appointment if I don’t show up, but what happens when they waste my time because they failed to be able to do the appointment? To add, even after attempting to speak to minuet clinic customer support to resolve this issue, all they wanted to do was further waste my time by saying there was nothing they could do besides resched

My recent visit to MinuteClinic at CVS was easy to schedule, no wait time, diagnosis and prescription picked up was less than 30 minutes. This is why I choose MinuteClinic over Urgent care when i know my symptoms are minor and just need an antibiotic!
