MinuteClinic at CVS

Zero stars We were originally told that every one of my daughter’s tests came back negative. Later, the provider backtracked and said her COVID test was actually positive. However, her symptoms weren’t improving, and she continued to test negative on multiple home tests. After three days of her getting worse, I took her to a different urgent care, where she was correctly diagnosed with strep throat. This entire situation could have been avoided if the tests had been handled properly or if the original strep test had been cultured. She could have started antibiotics much sooner and felt better faster. Instead, she was very sick and contagious for several unnecessary days. Unfortunately, this experience was very disappointing, and we won’t be returning.

In spite of being sick with the flu (tested positive), your CVS Minute Clinic team was SO fantastic! The tech who took all my initial information was just wonderful, the doctor was absolutely terrific, and the pharmacy rep was great too. It's terrible to feel sick, and yet your team was so warm, welcoming and helpful that it made for the best possible experience. Thank you!

Waited an hour to be seen to be told without insurance a flu and covid test was nearly $400. I’ll go somewhere with common sense, thanks for nothing. Absolutely horrible.

The Dr. was excellent. I’ve had ear infection issues all my life and she was able to explain a few things that I wasn’t aware of. Very nice, respectful and answered all of my questions. Easy to get an appointment and quicker than dealing with my PCP.

Excellent service and treatment for my Cold like illness. I had a sever Cold and it was weekend, but Mikiko Chasin, NP was excellent at the MinuteClinic. Very knowledable and caring. Thank you CVS MinuteClinic
