MinuteClinic at CVS

Edit: Called MinuteClinic, as requested below. They were unhelpful, and did not resolve the matter. They did not offer any sort of resolution. Rep claimed MinuteClinic is not responsible for verifying insurance. She said I could have gone to pharmacy for free (like I have historically), but because I went to MinuteClinic it’s not. Lost two customer’s for life. Went for a flu shot in October with my wife. Provided insurance info. The nurse documented our insurance, but she never told us that MinuteClinic did NOT accept our insurance. We both received a bill nearly two months later for $183 each. Obviously, we would never have agreed to pay for this when we could have went somewhere else that accepted our insurance. We have gone to CVS pharmacy’s for years for vaccinations and never had to

My medical provider's name is April. She, as well as her assistant, provided much better care than I have experienced in quite some time. While I have a number of physicians who provide care, as I am a veteran, April focused on me, considering my many, many diagnoses in a most compassionate manner. Most of my doctors only focus on what their singular medical specialty concerns. I appreciated her review of all my diagnoses, providing me a way forward with these disabilities. I highly recommend this Minute Clinic in Kennett Square, Pa.

I have used the minute clinic at CVS for a few years now. I can never get appointments with my primary doctor, but can always get an appointment either same day or within a day or two at the minute clinic. Each staff member has always been kind, patient, and provided quality care.

Had to get a physical for a new job. I would definitely recommend this CVS if your in need. They were able to see me in a day and they were friendly and thorough. They really seemed to care about my well-being. Asking questions and suggestions to help keep me healthy. Great job. Thank you

Making an online appointment is the easiest and fastest way to be seen. Once you get there it does not take long for your name to be called. The Nurse and Doctor are very nice. After diagnosis you wait about 20 min and pick up your prescription. My family will always use this minute clinic for all our medical non urgent medical needs….especially since you can only see your primary doctor for well visits!
