Easy and straightforward appointment process. Excellent and experienced medical professionals. Answered all of our questions and able to do most blood draws on site, which saves a lot of time vs having to be referred out. Highly recommend when seeking medical evaluation or care that isn't extremely urgent or emergency related.

I went to the Minute Clinic with my 3 children for COVID and Flu vaccination. The same person (nurse practitioner, I think) gave us both vaccinations. They billed the COVID shots to my insurance as in-network, but the flu shots as out-of-network. Minute Clinic is listed as in-network for my insurance, so how did this happen? Well, they billed the flu shot as being given by a private provider (the same nurse practitioner who gave us the COVID shot) rather than being provided by Minute Clinic. As a result, my insurance denied the out-of-network claim. Minute Clinic then sent me a bill for about $500 for the shots for my 3 kids and me. When we called to ask them to correct the billing so insurance would pay, they said it was not their problem. They are not changing anything. They said it

I came here on Christmas Eve with my husband to get ears checked. Cynthia Harris was on duty. She specifically came out and told us that she would be seeing us, while telling another customer that he won't be seen. We were given a wait time of 110 minutes, and waited for about 2 1/2 hours. After 2.5 hours, Cynthia came out and rudely told us that we won't be seen. When we asked why she had told us in the beginning we would be, she just made an angry face (with a loud sigh) and said she was the only one working, and that we could wait until 1 PM in the afternoon (we had arrived at 8:30, prior to clinic opening) but there were no chances now she could see us. I found the minute clinic to be very needed in many communities. Especially for those who don't have access to nearby healthcare need
