I currently have influenza A and have a positive test in my pocket for it. I first went to another location only to be told that minute clinics are closed on Mondays (even though they aren't). I then made an appointment for this location, waited and hour. And then was told that my appointment was actually considered a walk in since I made it day of. I was never told of this information and was lied to. So there I was about to pass out in that waiting chair with a 100 degree fever, mucus in my lungs, feeling like death when I could be home resting All I needed was Tamiflu and a doctor's note. I had the positive test in my pocket. Horrible experience, they are extremely unreliable.

Last minute scheduling system online is such a waste of time, giving false information about being able to come in when the system onsite says nothing is available. Once you get care it’s fine but only if you can schedule ahead of time.

My wife and I got our new COVID booster shots at the CVS Minute Clinic yesterday. It’s the only place you can get them right now in Gainesville. The nurse practitioner did a good job, and I’d recommend using the CVS app to schedule your appointment because there will be a big demand for this booster, since the federal government won’t allow regular pharmacies to to administer the new COVID vaccinations, thus dramatically reducing access to them. My wife and I are both over 65, so we qualified to receive the new COVID booster shots. Apparently, only those over 65 or those with medical vulnerabilities are eligible to get them.

My husband was treated for an ear infection and I was treated for allergies. We were treated quickly and very well! Space is very clean and the Nurse Practitioner, Nancy Hertl is kind and very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend! As a nurse, my husband said he doesn’t want to go to any other quick/urgent care other than this one!
