Customer Reviews
Extremely disappointing. I've been working for months to get a loved one to go see a doctor. Only to be turned away because they were 10 minutes late. I believe they have fluid in their lungs / COPD and needed help to quit smoking. They refused to get medical care otherwise, but when I made a minute clinic appointment, they finally agreed to go. Even if the duration of the appointment had to be shorter to be timely with the next appointment, they still could have been seen. Isn't that the point of the clinic, to be accessible to the community who needs it the most? If you're just going to breed further distrust in medical professionals, then why be open? This may be the only medical care some people are willing to see, so please stop turning away people and at least offer to fit them in,
Nothing urgent about this “urgent care center”. I showed up 10 minutes before their closing time of 2 PM and was turned away. The woman in the office said it would take too long for me to be seen — even though there was no one else around — that she had to take lunch at 2 and that was that. Tending to me right then would delay that lunch hour and what if there were people waiting when she got back? It wouldn’t be fair to them. I looked around. No one there. Sensing a trend. Regardless, my issue would have to wait a full hour. And ten minutes. Don’t show up to this Minute Clinic with less than 30 of those minutes before lunch. You won’t get seen - something CVS should clarify. This person told me, “I don’t make the rules.” If there ARE some, like you won’t see a nurse when your hand is bl
Our family used this clinic for a sports physical. During the sports physical our son told the doc all of his past abrasions and bruises. That turned into needing a note for concussion clearance. I talked to the doc personally and told her that he did not have any concussions and there is no clearance letters to provide. She was not satisfied with that. Not only did they take our $65 for the visit, they wanted us to get a letter for a bruised shoulder in 2012 and a cut on the back of the head from 2016 to say he was cleared of concussions. The best part, they charge you an additional fee of $15 to bring the proof of no concussion paper back, just to get your physical clearance. The cake topper, tried to bring the form on Sunday, website said, "Closed," but hours listed for Sunday from 9AM
Horrible! Set an appointment online, and when I got there I received an email that it was closed and I had to reschedule for another day. However I walked in and there was someone there, I knocked and apologized for the interruption, but the Dr./Nurse was nothing but rude. She told me I should have never made an app close to her lunch time, and even though my appointment was at 12:45 she won't be able to see me that day and shut the door! Don't waste your time here, instead go across the street to Urgent Care Now! Walk-in wait time is short, and they actually treat their patients with manners.
Editing the review to 4 star because I ended up getting the result after one day. Inconsistent info on the my chart website for testing versus the paper fact sheet that you receive after the test. Website states 1-2 days to receive results, fact sheet states 5-7 days. I didn't know I wasn't getting the rapid test results ( a few hours) that I thought I signed up for until I got there. Meanwhile, life is on hold when it might not be necessary for up to 7 days. Feels like a bait and switch whether it was intended or not.
