MinuteClinic at CVS

It was satisfactory, the practitioner was very professional and patient, caring and spent a good amount of time with me. She was personable and had sense of humor. I would recommend people to access her practice. She made feel comfortable with the service. She was very helpful and polite.

Super easy to make an appt for my daughter. Dr office you wait over an hour to then be pushed into a room to wait 20 min then thr dr comes in and out in 5 minutes. Here we waited less than 5 minutes the NP was very nice, efficient and listened to my daughters symptoms. Did a strep test right there took 5 minutes for thr results. We were in and out in 20 minutes and they even provide a note for school. Will definitely use again for those quick illnesses that just need simple treatments. Bonus my insurance covers the visit 100% so no billing issues.

I had a very frustrating experience at the CVS Minute Clinic. I pre-registered my entire family—including two toddlers—for flu shots, thinking it would make the process smoother and faster. Unfortunately, CVS’s new pharmacy system was completely down when we arrived. The pharmacist couldn’t find our health insurance information, even though I had pre-entered everything online and handed her my insurance card in person. The whole process was disorganized, confusing, and ultimately a waste of time. After all the back and forth, we never even received the shots. CVS’s new system is terrible, and this experience has convinced me not to return.

Thank you, Lori! With how crappy I felt, I felt you met me where I was at. Along with prescribing g what I needed, gave me 2 doable, specific tasks to do next. Also, the preventive care of NOT touching my face. Common sense but I needed to hear it and I was receptive to how you said it. I am feeling much better. I appreciate you.

Was not able to be seen by the NP. She couldn’t figure out my insurance even though I am able to get my medication at the pharmacy without problems. Wanted to charge $149 for out of pocket. There needs to be a dedicated financial support doing the paperwork and let the NP treat patients who need it.
