MinuteClinic at CVS

While I can’t argue with the convenience of getting routine care at a CVS, the quality and reliability of the care isn’t the same as a doctors office or urgent care. We waited over an hour past our scheduled vaccination appointment time yesterday, and while the practitioner was fine and were did get the care we had scheduled the appointment for, CVS is not a pleasant place to spend two hours of your Saturday, just to get a routine vaccination. They need to make changes to their paperwork and scheduling to keep on schedule.

I’ve been experiencing breathing issues due to seasonal allergies. I also have a cough, chest pain, and my voice is nearly gone. During my visit, the RN let me know that my vitals were good, my lungs were clear, and my oxygen levels were good. That was a relief, however, during our discussion the RN made me feel as though she didn’t believe I was really experiencing the symptoms I was explaining to her. I felt this way because she asked if I thought it was just my anxiety. I told her no and tried to continue to explain what I was feeling and she proceeded to ask what I wanted her to do. Just because a patient shares that they take an SSRI for anxiety, it doesn’t mean you should blame things you’re not seeing/understanding on their mental health. That is offensive, callous, disrespectful,

Tell me you don't want to do your job by not actually doing your job! Two stars only because I was able to secure a same day appointment! Please find more professional healthcare workers with compassion in this day and time. The same service I was refused because they didn't want to do an exam, I went elsewhere within a matter of minutes and it was done and done with compassion! And for less out of pocket pay!

THIS CVS WAS AWESOME! CLEAN RESPECTFUL, INFORMATIVE AND THE PRACTITIONER WAS EXTREMELY CLEAN, PROFESSIONAL, ATTENTIVE TO ALL MY NEEDS, VERY EASY TO TALK TO AND EDUCATED ME ON MY ISSUE I NEVER KNEW I WAS DOING ALL WRONG 😭 SO PROUD CVS HAS SOME ONE LIKE THIS ON THEIR MEDICAL TEAM!, YOU'D DO VERY WELL TO HIRE MORE LIKE THE FINE DOCTOR WHO HAS A GOOD EYE FOR DETAILS! BRAVO CVS!💐

I’ve used this minute clinic at least 10 times! They’re very professional and helpful. I have gotten results for school and work with no problems!!! Thank you so much for all you do Minute Clinic😊
