The visit was great for my husband. The Practioner was gentle and thorough with his ear issue. She provided practical advice and solutions. We definitely would recommend this clinic!

We saw Autumn Jones at the Minute Clinic in Boardman and she was fantastic with me and my child. She made our visit smooth! The area was clean and I felt that we were receiving great, expedient care that we wouldn’t have elsewhere. Highly recommend!

I scheduled online. I walked in, was taken back immediately. Test was run, results obtained, and received Rx. I was able to walk to pharmacy and get my Rx with no wait. Provider was excellent.

Update. I thought we would try again. Same thing with check in only, now they send a half a dozen messages to tell you to confirm even though they've already made you confirm online and pre-register and and and, you have to register when you get there. And it's not a minute clinic even if you have an appointment and there's nobody else in the building, it's like a wait around-minute clinic and let us take the old lady who's appointment was after yours cause she just needs a quick shot, 10 mins later. Would have been quicker to go to the actual doctor. I.have never had a problem going there, until yesterday. Their app.is also terrible. I asked for a Dr. note for my son and they said he didn't need one. I wanted one anyway just incase and they still wouldn't. I paid for him to be seen so

Clean professional testing for covid and flu however no follow up treatment suggestions given or suggested still feeling ill if not worse don't know if I should call back ornot. Robert P
